Reporting

Sales Tax Liability Report (under Reports|A/P Reports) lists sales tax liability XE "sales tax liability:report" XE "report:ales tax liability" by sales tax vendor (government agency) and within each vendor, by sales tax item.

Reports to tax collection agencies can generally be prepared from this information. The report in the illustration had column width adjustments, by dragging the little diamonds, visible at the top right of each column. QuickBooks does not prepare state tax forms.
